Orders & Availability
How can I place an order?
You can easily place your order through our e-shop, choosing from casual, more formal, and designer women’s shoes, adding the products you want to your cart, and completing the checkout process.
Can I try a product in a physical store?
Of course! After placing your order through our online e-shop and selecting your preferred payment method, you can write “pick up from your local store” in the order notes. This way, the product will be sent to the store for you to try in person.
Can I reserve a product?
Products can only be reserved through a completed order.
Sizes & Fitting
How do I choose the right size?
For each product, in the description section, we list our suggested size recommendation at the end, depending on the silhouette, cut, and material (e.g., regular fit, slim fit, one size larger recommended, etc.).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit or debit card, PayPal, cash on delivery (within Greece), and Google/Apple Pay.
Are online payments through the e-shop secure?
Of course! All payments are made through secure and reliable encryption systems, ensuring the protection of your personal data.
Shipping & Fees
How many days will it take to receive my order?
Orders within Greece are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, provided the product is immediately available.
What are the shipping charges?
- Greece: Free(and cash on delivery free)
- European Union (UPS): €15Standard / €40 Express
- Cyprus & Bulgaria: €10(free shipping for purchases over €250)
- Outside the EU: upon agreement (the recipient bears any customs duties)
Can I pick up my order from a physical store?
Of course! When completing your order, you can indicate in the comments which physical store you would like to pick up your order from.

Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be automatically sent to the address you provided, with the shipping number and the courier company responsible for delivery.
I have not received a shipping email. What can I do?

Pre-Order
Can I pre-order a specific design?
Of course. The pre-order option is only available for products marked “Pre-Order” in their title and/or description. Pre-ordered products are not available for immediate shipment upon completion of the purchase. You can place your pre-order directly by selecting the QTY button and following the next steps to complete your purchase, or by emailing [email protected].
We will then contact you regarding the completion process and the expected delivery date. Once the product has been received and is ready for shipment, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the address you have registered, with the updated shipping information and tracking number.
Can I exchange or return a pre-order product?
Of course, the option to exchange or return pre-ordered products applies as normal, in accordance with our e-shop’s exchange and return policy, after receipt of the product.
Account & Wishlist
Why should I create an account on the e-shop?
By creating an account, you can save your favorite products to your Wishlist, complete your purchases faster, and enjoy a more personalized shopping experience.
How does the Wishlist work?
Once you have created an account, you can add your favorite women’s designer shoes, bags, and new arrivals to your Wishlist and easily find them every time you visit the e-shop.
Returns & Exchanges
How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
You can request an exchange or return within 15 business days of receiving your order.
Do exchanges or returns also apply to discounted products?
Of course! Exchanges and returns are accepted as normal for discounted products within the specified return period.
What are the return costs?
For shipments within Greece, return costs are covered by the company through a partner courier.
Can I choose a credit note instead of a refund?
Of course! If you are not satisfied with a product, you can choose to receive a credit note for a future purchase, in accordance with our returns policy.
How will I be informed about the progress of my return?
Once we receive the product you have returned, you will receive an automated email confirmation of receipt. Subsequently, you will receive a further email update regarding the exchange, credit note, or refund, which will be processed within the time frame specified in our policy, after the necessary inspection of the product.
